ShareX [1] is my other "must install" app. I never would have guessed how much my branch of engineering consists of "take a screenshot and draw lines, arrows and circles on it." Use this instead of something like Snipping Tool or Lightshot - lightshot is a privacy nightmare, since every screenshot you upload can be found by others since it uses a very short string of letters and numbers, and there is no way to manually delete a screenshot you’ve uploaded.
