We're commonly doing this with logging, using services such as Loggly or DataDog. We're using managed databases, be it on AWS, Heroku or database-vendor-specific solutions. Then I figured out that there are tools for that like oncrawl , botify , etc. That makes it much easier! But after I've tried jetoctopus it completely changed my approach to on-page optimization, technical SEO in general, and Log file analysis in particular.
