Freshdesk provides a free helpdesk system so we can manage our support tickets. They have the feature that allows us to send emails through our own email address (vs using their own email address), and an app that works well to respond and organize tickets.
My biggest gripe with the service is that they are missing a feature that HelpScout has, where we can reply directly to the notification email and that reply gets sent to the customer. With freshdesk, we have to log into their portal or use the app in order to send a reply.
Based on our record, Cruip should be more popular than Freshdesk. It has been mentiond 29 times since March 2021. In the second part of this tutorial, we've created a carousel with progress indicators using Tailwind CSS and Next.js. We've also learned how to make the component reusable across our entire application. If you want to see how to build a similar component with Alpine.js or Next.js, I recommend checking out the links below. In this tutorial, we've seen how to make the most of Alpine.js to create an image carousel with progress indicators. Alpine.js's logic allowed us to build a modular carousel element, just like we would with React or Vue. If you found this tutorial helpful, make sure to take a look at our Tailwind HTML templates. They are all crafted using this incredible framework! - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
This tutorial is yet another demonstration of how powerful and versatile the Tailwind CSS + Alpine.js combo is. If you've found this tutorial useful, we recommend checking out our HTML templates built with Tailwind, all designed with Alpine.js. Feel free to experiment further,... - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
The text scramble effect is a cool animation that rapidly unveils text by randomly changing characters - just like those scenes in movies where hackers decode strings of text! Inspired by Evervault's blog, we'll make a navigation menu with that kind of effect when you click on links. Plus, we'll give you both light and dark versions of the menu, so you can integrate this example into any of our Tailwind templates. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
If you want your website to stand out from the others, you need to create interesting and engaging experiences. That's why we've been taking a more experimental approach in our latest tutorials. We hope you're enjoying this fresh perspective! Oh, and tell us if you'd like to see something similar in one of our Tailwind templates. - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago
When I click on it and try to view my ticket it asks me to log in, but then tells me my email and password are incorrect, I can log into Moog music just fine....and NOT freshdesk.com. Source: 6 months ago
What I suggest is using freshdesk.com. It's free for some of the base needs such as automatically creating ticket when people email as support email, giving clients a portal to fill out what you want them to fill out which creates a ticket, automatically notifies people on your team (up to 10) and allows you to create departments and emails them when a ticket is assigned to that department, reply via email allows... Since Freewallet is a quite small company they outsource their "support" from this Indian startup the communication is quite complicated. If the company doesn't want to spend more money in order to hire a good support engineer, and instead prefers to save some money by going offshore. Then this companies' customers swill suffer.
