Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing CRMlytics and CloudZone.

What makes your product unique?

CRMlytics's answer

It's the only native WordPress CRM with predictive machine learning.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

CRMlytics's answer

Three reasons:

  • Only free option with predictive ML. Klaviyo locks predictive churn behind $1,200+/mo plans. Salesforce needs Einstein (Enterprise). FluentCRM, Groundhogg, Jetpack CRM don't have any predictive analytics at all. CRMlytics is the only one that's free and has BG/NBD churn prediction built in.

  • Your data stays on your server. Cloud CRMs like Klaviyo, Metrilo, and HubSpot all copy your customer data to their servers. CRMlytics runs inside WordPress. No data leaves your site, no third-party dependency, no privacy headaches.

  • No per-contact pricing. Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Drip all charge by contact count — gets expensive fast as you grow. CRMlytics is free with no limits. Metrilo charges based on revenue, Metorik on order volume. No meter, no bill.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

CRMlytics's answer

WooCommerce store owners who want to understand their customers better. Churn risk, RFM scores, who's worth reaching out to. Specifically:

  • Store operators who want predictive analytics without shipping their customer data somewhere else
  • Agency owners managing multiple WP stores. One plugin for all sites, no per-client licensing
  • Privacy-conscious merchants who want everything to stay on their own server
  • Growth-stage and larger stores that need customer intelligence without monthly fees or contact limits
