Deep in the project with no clue what the art would look like or where it was coming from, I stumbled upon a bunch of musician silhouette images on Creative Market. I got lucky โ my art strategy up until now was โIโll worry about it laterโ, and these images ended up setting the tone for the whole game. Is there some link where you saw free tier Codex use in non-official apps is allowed by OpenAI? The other opinionated option is Pi (the Pi agent harness). This is a great lightweight option and also supports a number of providers.
