CozyCloud ? "Bills, online purchases, phone, electricity, bank statements, health reinbursments, pay slips... Gather all your data stored by third party services without effort!" (Selfhost doc). Source: about 4 years ago
As far as alternatives go there is cozy cloud, which tbh I never tried, but it seems a lot more limited. Source: over 4 years ago
I use Cozy Drive. It's open source. You can pick a folder in your pc, and it syncs it to the cloud. You can still open in offline. If you want more of a web-based file sharing solution, you can try out more professionally made open source file sharing services like Syncthing, YouTransfer, or Cozy. The advantage of web-based solutions is that you can use them with your smartphone as well, which is very convenient. Source: over 5 years ago

Https://documentpro.ai - extract invoices from pdfs and images to excel. Source: over 3 years ago
I’ve got the data capture piece, if you’d like to try it out on https://documentpro.ai . It’s limited to 10 invoices but it’s free to use. Doesn’t quite fit your workflow at the moment but it’s possible to build out. Source: over 3 years ago
