I use Cozy Drive. It's open source. You can pick a folder in your pc, and it syncs it to the cloud. You can still open in offline. They have 5gb free version, which I use, because I need it only for documents and photos. Android app is good too, and you can automatically sync your photos. Source: almost 5 years ago
However, it really depends on one needs and usage. For example, tags might be a more flexible way to organize the passwords than folders, I agree with that. Searching in Bitwarden is reasonably good, which makes folders or tags a lot less relevant. If you want more of a web-based file sharing solution, you can try out more professionally made open source file sharing services like Syncthing, YouTransfer, or Cozy. I'd recommend to play around with some basic coding challenges on leetcode.com or codewars.com. If the course prepared you well you won't find this useful, but playing around with them will make sure that you are comfortable with basics such as loops, if statements etc. Source: about 3 years ago
