Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Corebee and Mind Diary.

What makes your product unique?

Corebee's answer

Corebee's AI doesn't just answer questions - it executes real actions. It processes refunds, updates shipping, modifies orders, and resolves tickets autonomously. Most AI support tools are glorified FAQ bots. Corebee is a control system with 65+ built-in tools, governed AI with full audit trails, and approval workflows that give you complete visibility into every decision the AI makes. All for a flat $99/month and no per-seat fees, no per-resolution charges.

Mind Diary's answer:

MindDiary connects what happens before, during, and between therapy sessions in one workspace. Alongside practice management features such as digital intake, appointments, telehealth, invoicing, and therapist-reviewed AI notes, MindDiary helps therapists maintain continuity between sessions through client journaling, check-ins, homework, and session preparation. Instead of treating each appointment as an isolated event, MindDiary brings relevant client context together over time so therapists can prepare for sessions with a clearer picture of progress, concerns, and between-session activity. AI-assisted features support the therapist rather than replacing professional judgement.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Corebee's answer

Three reasons. First, Action AI - Corebee executes tasks end-to-end instead of just suggesting answers. Second, predictable pricing- $99/month flat, unlimited. Intercom charges $0.99 per resolution, Zendesk charges per seat, and costs spiral as you grow. Third, governed intelligence - every AI decision has a full audit trail with approval workflows, so you never lose control. Plus 32+ integrations out of the box including Shopify, Slack, WhatsApp, Jira, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Mind Diary's answer:

MindDiary is designed specifically around therapy workflows rather than being a generic scheduling or medical practice-management system. It combines digital intake, client management, session preparation, therapist-reviewed AI note drafting, telehealth, appointments, invoicing, revenue follow-up, journaling, homework, and between-session check-ins in one platform. A key difference is MindDiary's focus on between-session engagement and longitudinal client context. Therapists can use permissioned journal entries, check-ins, homework, recent sessions, and other relevant information to prepare for upcoming appointments instead of piecing context together across multiple disconnected tools.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Corebee's answer

SMB founders , small teams companies and operations leaders at companies with 1-100 employees and $2M-$10M ARR. They're drowning in support tickets, paying too much for bloated tools like Intercom or Zendesk, and need AI that actually handles work -not just deflects it. Typically e-commerce, SaaS, or service businesses that want enterprise-grade AI support without enterprise pricing.

Mind Diary's answer:

MindDiary is built for counsellors, psychotherapists, therapists, psychologists, group practices, and therapy clinics. It is particularly suited to practitioners who want to reduce administrative work while improving continuity of care through digital intake, session preparation, clinical documentation support, client journaling, homework, check-ins, appointments, telehealth, and practice-management tools. MindDiary currently has a particular focus on therapy practices in Ireland and the United Kingdom, while the platform is designed to support therapists internationally.

What's the story behind your product?

Corebee's answer

Corebee was built out of frustration with the support tool market. Every platform either charges per seat (punishing growth), offers "AI" that's just keyword matching, or gives you zero visibility into what the AI is actually doing. We built Corebee to be the opposite - AI that takes real action, transparent pricing that doesn't punish success, and full governance so you stay in control. It launched in February 2026 and is live in production.

Mind Diary's answer:

MindDiary was created around a simple observation: therapy software typically concentrates on what happens inside the appointment, while much of the useful context develops between sessions. Therapists often have intake information, notes, journals, homework, appointments, invoices, and client communications spread across different systems. MindDiary was built to bring these workflows together and make relevant longitudinal client context easier to use when preparing for the next session. The goal is not to automate therapy or replace clinical judgement. It is to give therapists a better workspace for understanding context, reducing administration, maintaining continuity between sessions, and running their practice.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Corebee's answer

Next.js with TypeScript for the full-stack application, Supabase for the database and authentication, Vercel for deployment, and a 3-tier AI routing system that combines instant responses, FAQ matching, and LLM reasoning to automatically select the right approach for each query. Inngest handles background job orchestration for async workflows.

Mind Diary's answer:

MindDiary is a modern cloud-based web application built primarily with React and TypeScript on the frontend and .NET/C# services on the backend. Its infrastructure uses technologies including AWS, Cloudflare, PostgreSQL, Stripe, and modern AI/LLM services. The platform is designed with security, privacy, scalability, and therapist control over AI-assisted workflows in mind.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Corebee's answer

Corebee is an early-stage product focused on growing its customer base. We're currently working with companies in lending, e-commerce, and professional services who need scalable AI support without unpredictable costs.

Mind Diary's answer:

MindDiary does not currently publicly disclose individual customer or practice names.
