Yeah there's quite a few, you can just google "JS color library". But if you're not happy with the default html colors, you can also just create your own theme using something like Open Color as a reference or making your own shades here: https://colorbox.io/. Source: over 3 years ago

There are several ways of bypassing the GIL. First of all, the GIL is only present in the C implementation of Python, CPython. There are quite a lot of ways to run scripting languages in C#. I've no idea what JSR223 is but .NET has DLR for example.
