Have you looked into a Wise multi currency account? I believe you can setup SEPA (euro) direct debits with it as well as send SEPA transfers in euros with low fees: https://wise.com/gb/multi-currency-account/. Source: about 4 years ago
If not, I would also recommend Wise. It's a great service, especially if you are going to need to fund the account with both GBP and EUR. Not only can you use Wise to move GBP to EUR, you could also use it as a multi-currency bank account. Source: over 4 years ago
