My four year old was kicked out of his preschool class, and the school recommended I set him up with applied behavioral analysis. Though it hurt to read the email from the school, I don't blame them at all, he does have impulse control issues and doesn't always pay attention when others are talking to him. Https://hetrixtools.com/ It's free if you don't have too many servers - 15 uptime monitors (the most useful) and 32 blacklist monitors (useful for e-mail, but don't know why you'd need so many compared to uptime). It's fairly easy to reach the free limits with not many servers if you're also monitoring VMs, but I've found it reliable so far. You can use "htop" command to view current CPU, RAM and SWAP usage, also see which process is taking up how much of each resource.
