Lynxify is built specifically for small and mid-sized teams that need structured 360-degree feedback without the overhead of enterprise platforms. The entire process from setup to AI-generated summary takes minutes, not weeks of configuration.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Enterprise tools are built for large orgs with dedicated HR teams. Lynxify gives growing companies the same structured feedback process at a fraction of the complexity and cost, without lengthy onboarding, without per-module pricing, and no features you'll never use.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Lynxify.me's answer:

HR Managers, People Ops leads, and Heads of People at Series A–C companies with 30–200 employees who are running feedback informally today and need to make it consistent and scalable.

What's the story behind your product?

Lynxify.me's answer:

I was working at a 150-person company that had an HRIS system for the usual people management work, but no way to run 360 feedback rounds inside it. The enterprise platforms that would have added it priced per seat and shipped with a dozen modules we didn't need. The math didn't work, and neither did the alternative: feedback rounds being chased through spreadsheets and Slack channels.

It scaled badly. Synthesizing responses from a dozen reviewers became a part-time job. Reminders got missed. The data was real but the format made it almost impossible to act on.

So I built the first version of what is now Lynxify, internally, and watched it actually help. Both the people running the rounds and the people filling out the feedback found it easier than the spreadsheet version. That was the moment the idea clicked: there are a lot of companies in this same spot, too big for a Google Form but not ready (or willing) to buy an enterprise HR suite for one feature they need.

Lynxify exists for them. A focused 360 feedback tool, built for teams who've outgrown the spreadsheet but want nothing to do with the per-seat enterprise pitch.
