Dialogflow CX is the most advanced dialog model with a combination of intents, events and a state machine for every flow. My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
