I flipped my MX record to SimpleLogin and setup my custom domain as well. I turned on catch-all for my domain.     While this is a convenient choice, if someone gets access to your burnermail.io account you are screwed. The point about having it directly on an email server is that there is no traditional login and you can't trace which service provides the email server.
