Burner Mail

While this is a convenient choice, if someone gets access to your burnermail.io account you are screwed. The point about having it directly on an email server is that there is no traditional login and you can't trace which service provides the email server. They would need to provide a bring-your-own-domain feature as well as a rotating IP/proxy. Given they don't even provide the first, I doubt they provide the second. It's possible their "1 custom domain" gives you free reign of any available domain name, but I don't see anything that shows their email server implementation details. Better than nothing for sure but not iron clad.

Get an encrypted email service like protonmail.com or tutanota.com with a generic account name (cannot be linked to you). Tutanota allows you to send end-to-end encrypted email even to people with conventional email (they get a link to login to a private mailbox to read the email).
