meetergo is a German business platform built around GDPR-compliant scheduling. All data is hosted in Germany, and a data processing agreement (AVV / DPA) is available for every account, so you can replace a US scheduling stack without a new legal review.
Scheduling Personal and team booking pages, round-robin and collective bookings, meeting polls, calendar sync with Google, Microsoft 365 and CalDAV, availability rules, automated workflows, plus reminders and follow-ups.
Video and AI notes meetergo Connect runs the call itself, with recordings and breakout rooms. The AI notetaker produces recaps and transcripts from Connect, Google Meet and Teams.
CRM and lead routing Qualify inbound leads with custom forms, route them to the right person, and manage deals in a built-in CRM that syncs with HubSpot and Pipedrive.
16 apps, one subscription Beyond scheduling: e-signatures, invoicing, client portals, WhatsApp booking, and payments collected at the moment of booking. Mira, the built-in AI, works across every app and is included on all plans, including Free.
For developers A REST API, webhooks and an MCP server are included on every plan, so agents and internal tools can read availability and create bookings directly.
Pricing Free forever with unlimited users. Light from EUR 9.90 per user / month, Suite from EUR 29.90 per user / month, billed yearly. Suite replaces a Calendly plus Zoom plus Otter stack for less than the three combined.
Who it is for Freelancers, agencies, law firms, medical practices and sales teams across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, plus any EU company that needs to keep scheduling and customer data outside US cloud jurisdiction.
BugHerd
meetergoBugHerd is particularly recommended for web development teams, digital agencies, and product managers who are responsible for maintaining and improving websites. It is also a great fit for teams who work closely with clients and require an easy way to collect and manage client feedback directly in the context of the website in question.
meetergo's answer:
meetergo GmbH was founded in 2021 by Dominik Rapacki and Richard Gรถdel and is based in Monheim am Rhein, North Rhine-Westphalia (HRB 104381, Amtsgericht Dรผsseldorf).
It started as a straightforward answer to a problem German businesses kept running into: the standard scheduling tools were excellent products with an unusable legal position for anyone operating under GDPR. A booking page collects names, email addresses, phone numbers and often health or legal context, and for many German firms that data could not sit with a US processor.
The product grew from there. Once bookings were compliant, the calls, recordings, notes and customer records had the same problem, so those moved onto the same German infrastructure rather than being handed to a second foreign vendor. That is how a scheduling tool became a platform of sixteen apps sharing one subscription and one compliance posture.
meetergo's answer:
Small and mid-sized businesses in the DACH region, typically between one and fifty employees. The largest group is practitioners rather than dedicated revenue teams: freelancers and consultants, agencies, law firms and notaries, medical and therapy practices, and small B2B sales teams.
The common thread is that someone in the business is personally accountable for GDPR compliance and cannot defend a US scheduling tool to a client, a works council or a data protection officer. Customers usually arrive because of that constraint and stay because the scheduling, video, notes and CRM consolidate tools they were otherwise paying for separately.
Outside DACH, the same pattern applies to EU companies with public-sector, healthcare or regulated clients who need scheduling data to stay under EU jurisdiction.
meetergo's answer:
Most GDPR-compliant scheduling tools stop at the booking page. meetergo keeps the entire meeting lifecycle inside German infrastructure: the booking, the video call, the recording and AI recap, the CRM record, the invoice and the e-signature. That means a European company can drop a Calendly plus Zoom plus Otter stack without introducing a second US processor at exactly the point where the real customer conversation happens.
Two other things are unusual. Every plan, including the free one, ships a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server, so agents and internal tools can read availability and create bookings directly rather than scraping a booking page. And the free tier has no user cap, which makes it usable by a whole small team rather than one person.
meetergo's answer:
Choose meetergo when data residency is a hard constraint rather than a preference. It is operated by meetergo GmbH in Monheim am Rhein, data is hosted in Germany, and an AVV / DPA is available on every account including the free one, so procurement and DPO review tend to be short.
It is a better fit than Calendly or SavvyCal if you also need the call, the notes and the CRM inside the same compliant stack instead of as three separate US vendors. It is a better fit than Cal.com if you want that without self-hosting and maintaining it yourself. It is a better fit than Acuity, Setmore or SimplyBook.me if your use case is B2B meetings and inbound lead routing rather than salon or service-appointment booking.
It is not the right choice if you specifically want an open-source, self-hosted deployment. Cal.com is the stronger option there, and saying so is more useful than wasting your evaluation time.
Booked the call. Joined the video room. Got the transcript. Sent the proposal. Collected the signature.
All in one place!! The interface still has a few corners that could be smoother, but the overall workflow is brilliant.
