Fair fair. Most of the services have export functions to take your code offline, not sure if Softr does. But anycase, if you don't want to use a no-code web-based builder, then you can try something like Bootstrap Studio to build with Bootstrap CSS. It's causing A LOT of problems. Check out GeneratePress theme. It's a good one for beginners and they have great documentation and a wonderfully helpful forum.
