Last time, I used it to make one-off HTML, then edit the rest by hand (meaning, I can't return to the app again to make changes). After a CRAPTON of searching before opening my store, I will heartily recommend the one I went with-- retail edge- you can do it as a one time purchase, but I do pay for support.. and it does (I do not use it) integrate with shopify for pricing/inventory/tracking of sales....
