Birdeye builds AI agents for multi-location brands โ trusted by the largest enterprise brands globally, including Sutter Health, Aspen Dental, Sun Auto and Caesars Entertainment. We give you AI coworkers at every location โ for marketing, operations, and customer experience โ that do the jobs your business needs done by employing multiple agents that work together to win AI visibility, convert demand, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
AI Coworkers โ Do the Jobs Jay (marketing), Robin (operations), and Myna (customer experience) own the work across your locations โ from AI search visibility, reviews, listings, and social, to front desk and appointment booking, to surveys, ticketing, and insights. You're not buying features. You're adding AI staff to every location. So the work gets done at every location โ without stretching your team thinner.
Agents โ Do the Work Each coworker employs multiple agents that work together to complete a job. The way those agents work is what makes us different. Most software tells you what's happening; our agents decide what to do โ and do it, with your approval. They consolidate every signal across every location, whether it lives in Birdeye or one of your 3,000+ integrations; reason with your brand voice and industry context; and act โ together โ to drive the outcome. So one review, one campaign, one missed call becomes a finished outcome, not a task sitting in a dashboard.
Enterprise-Ready โ Built for Scale SSO, audit logging, HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR. Role-based access, tiered approvals, and location-level reporting give corporate and local teams the control they need. So you stay in control while AI handles execution across hundreds of locations.
With teams across the U.S., U.K., Australia, and India, Birdeye is redefining how enterprises win locally at scale.
Queue-it helps in high-demand and limited-supply situationsโlike sneaker releases, ticket on-sales, or government registrationsโthat can easily overwhelm a website or app. In these high-demand situations, online visitors are redirected to a customizable waiting room and then throttled back to the website or app. In the case of scheduled sales or registrations, organizations can create a scheduled waiting room that holds early visitors on a countdown page and randomizes them just like a raffle once the sale or registration begins, giving everyone an equal chance. Later visitors are then added to the end of the line on a first-come, first-served basis. Queue-it's virtual waiting room can also guard against traffic overload 24/7, working as a safety net by constantly monitoring traffic inflow and only activating the waiting room when traffic exceeds the configured thresholds. By controlling online traffic, Queue-it's virtual waiting room lets organizations control their online experience. They capture sales, deliver seamless user experiences, ensure fairness, and protect brand reputation.

WRT to your second point, I wouldn't consider these fake responses because the owners are given time to approve it. It's an assistant workflow basically. Also, Google doesn't really concern about automating responses, which is why they provide API for companies to automate responses. If you look at one of Google biggest partners like birdeye.com, you'll see they also provide similar AI answering features like us. Source: about 3 years ago

I donโt know a CRM that can provide all of that, especially in one tool, but I could try naming you a few, such as Zidy, Hubspot, BirdEye and Podium, which you could try out and see if they have features to help you with what you need. Related to your fifth point, Zidy is the best one on that matter. That all-in-one tool has an incredibly customizable interface, making it adaptable to the liking of any user... I'd also like to add the importance of reviews and opinions when building a solid relationship with customers or clients, especially online. Companies that value their relationship with the people they deal with already have an advantage since they're always looking to improve, but this isn't always the case. Luckily, there are resources to aid this, andtools like Zidy, Hubspot, and BirdEye help track and... Source: over 3 years ago
Itโs normal to struggle to get new clients, mainly if your brand or business works among many others in such a competitive stage. However, while itโs impossible to become the most famous brand in the world from one night to another, thereโre tools and resources to increase brand awareness. One of those tools is acquiring CRM tools (custom relationship management) to find and keep clients. They improve, track and... Source: over 3 years ago
There's a whole business for bad performing websites that need to limit visitors! https://queue-it.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
Hello, I've been frequently archivng the Bungie Store as part of a wiki project for a few years now, but recently the website began acting strangle. The store has a queue system which it usually only deploys once a year (using the service Queue-It) to combat latency and bots. This has never been an issue when backing up the site using Wayback Machine before, as recently as October 4th, 2023. However, earlier this... Source: almost 3 years ago

Not that I donโt think it can be done, but the waiting room tech probably doesnโt want to support it. https://queue-it.com/ is where we were all sent. Source: over 3 years ago
