Hello support. I'm in the US and have a Binance.com account I opened back in 2017. I recently tried to withdraw from this account and withdrawals have been suspended. I was unaware that I needed to migrate to binance.us. I have not yet filed an appeal. I just opened a binance.us account and am awaiting appeal. The chain to chain requires a bridge, the swap from token to token requires a pair eth/ gala, if you matic is on eth chain then you can simply swap to gala using uniswap, if you matic is on polygon chain you need to use https://across.to/ or another bridge platform.
