I’m talking about something like this it’s a fully 3D theater with a flat screen in front of you placed in different settings, ( you can use the size of the screen go as big as you can handle and you can watch in different locations like a grand traditional theater or an outdoors theaters and it feels like the real thing) this is a great type of VR apps that can be developed into something really special, like... It's not as monolithic as you'd think. There are lots of engines out there but their communities aren't very vocal compared to Unity, Unreal, and especially Godot's community.
