Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

BB9's answer

ManyChat and Chatfuel are broadcast/flow tools — great for delivering a lead magnet or triggering a keyword-based DM, but the flow is what decides what happens next, not the AI. When a lead goes off-script, asks something unexpected, or sends a wall of text answering three questions at once, the flow breaks or just fires the next scripted message anyway.

BB9 is built the other way around: reasoning is the foundation, not a layer bolted onto a flow. It handles objections, disqualifies leads who were never going to buy, and follows up on cold leads without sounding robotic — the actual sales conversation, not just message delivery. The two aren't mutually exclusive either: a common setup uses ManyChat to deliver a free resource, then hands off to BB9 once the lead is engaged to run the qualification and booking conversation.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

It's not one narrow niche. BB9 fits any business getting consistent inbound DMs on Instagram (or WhatsApp/Messenger) where those conversations need real qualification before someone's time gets spent on them — coaches, consultants and course creators, but also gyms and fitness studios (trials, assessments, follow-ups), home services, restoration and insurance, vehicle and equipment sales, and other local/brick-and-mortar businesses generating leads through social media.

The common thread is volume and stakes: roughly 5-8+ DMs a day, and an offer that already converts when a human works the conversation. It's not meant for founders at low volume (handle those personally) or for validating an offer that hasn't proven out yet.

What makes your product unique?

BB9's answer

BB9 doesn't run on a decision tree like most DM tools. Every inbound message goes to a group of specialized agents — a sales agent for qualification and objections, a booking agent that only activates once a call has actually been offered and accepted, a disqualification agent that ends dead-end conversations with a resource instead of wasting a slot on the calendar, and a time agent that paces replies so they feel human instead of instant.

Voice setup is trained on the business owner's real DM conversations, not a brand guide, so the AI doesn't sound generic. And pricing is per engaged conversation (3+ messages from the lead), not per message or per seat, so a thorough 40-message qualification costs the same as a short one — the model rewards depth, not volume.
