Basicana makes it super simple to perform skill assessments and we do everything hard as part of building the product. e.g. We maintain question banks with 100+ questions per skill (on the average). We also add question banks upon request of our customers. so, they don't have to.

Basicana's answer
As a 10+ years of start up founder, I've always struggled to build a great, A Team. Basicana works to address that by helping founders build an A Team in budget. There are always skilled people available in the job market and the current tools aren't fair to them. They're biased in one way or another. So, I felt the need of creating a tool that is simple, easy-to-use and does the job right.
Basicana's answer
We've used node.js, Supabase etc. which are latest technologies to build the first product.
Basicana's answer
Our customers are mid size companies in the 100-1000 employee range. One customer is a recently IPOed company named Tridhya Tech. Other two are private companies around 100 people each. We're adding new businesses as customers too.

What I had in mind was using either SHL-style aptitude tests, or third party assessments like testgorilla.com rather than a take-home exercise that I'd be moderating. I also remembered doing an online knowledge test of various web technologies when I used to be a web-dev - which could be useful for assessing Unity/C# knowledge. Source: over 1 year ago
