In your case, I would try to find out what I could say to threaten him back, I mean a legal threat of course, or else I'd try to find out specific legal language that I could use...     We found ours on avvo.com, there's a ton of reviews on there and some attys are absolutely slaughtered in the reviews so you have a pretty good indication the site is legitimate, lol.
