AROGYOS is a biological age and longevity analytics platform. Most health checkups tell you if a number is "in range" โ AROGYOS goes further, turning your lab report or manually-entered biomarkers into a single, trackable biological age score based on 50+ real biomarkers.
How it works: - Upload a lab report (PDF) or enter biomarker values manually - Get an AI-powered analysis in under 60 seconds - See your biological age vs. your chronological age - Get a personalised plan to improve specific biomarkers over time - Track trends across multiple reports, not just one-off snapshots
Built for anyone who wants to understand their real health trajectory โ not just pass/fail on a lab report, but see whether they're actually getting healthier over time.
Free to start, with premium plans for deeper tracking and family accounts.
AROGYOS
FastScriptsAROGYOS's answer
Health-conscious adults aged 25-55 โ people managing a condition like diabetes or high blood pressure, longevity/biohacking enthusiasts, and anyone who has recent lab results and wants them turned into an actionable score rather than a static PDF. Primary markets: India, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
AROGYOS's answer
Most biological age tools either rely on questionnaires (lifestyle self-reports, not real data) or require an expensive standalone blood test kit. AROGYOS works with lab reports you likely already have โ upload a PDF from any routine checkup and get a real, biomarker-based score in under a minute, free to start.
AROGYOS's answer
Most health apps track steps, calories, or sleep โ surface-level habits. AROGYOS goes deeper: it reads your actual lab report and turns 50+ real biomarkers into a single biological age score, so you can see how your body is actually aging, not just guess from generic wellness metrics. It's the difference between "in normal range" and knowing your real trajectory.
AROGYOS's answer
React, Node.js, Supabase (PostgreSQL), Vercel, and Groq AI for lab report analysis.
AROGYOS's answer
Built around a simple observation: most people get an annual checkup, see "normal" next to most numbers, and stop thinking about it โ even as those same numbers drift in the wrong direction year over year. AROGYOS exists to make that drift visible before it becomes a diagnosis, by turning routine lab data into a single trackable score instead of a one-time pass/fail.

I also use the following AppleScript (open Script Editor, paste the code, then save the script as "Flag Photo.applescript") to add the keyword "flagged" to selected photos (or delete the keyword if already assigned). You can obviously change "flagged" to be any value you want. I use the excellent utility FastScripts to assign a hot... Source: about 4 years ago
I have several keyboard shortcuts to switch applications using FasctScripts. However, when I updated my macOS operating system a few weeks back, these FastScripts shortcuts stopped working while iTerm2 had focus (they worked everywhere else just fine). Source: over 4 years ago
I wasn't satisfied with the Automator way to make a new-terminal shortcut, it was kinda slow, and not 100% reliable. I found FastScripts and was able to make it fast and reliable. (I still use version 2.8, version 3 was just released, haven't tried it.) https://redsweater.com/fastscripts/ For the mouse wheel, there's a nice minimal proper fix: https://github.com/emreyolcu/discrete-scroll. - Source: Hacker News / over 4 years ago
