DeepCleanMac is a powerful macOS cleanup and optimization tool designed to help you reclaim disk space, remove hidden clutter, and keep your Mac running smoothly. It goes beyond basic cache cleaning by scanning for system junk, developer tool caches, duplicate files, large files, and leftover data from previously uninstalled applications.
Built with developers and power users in mind, DeepCleanMac detects storage-heavy data from tools like Xcode, npm, Docker, Gradle, and other development environments that traditional cleaners often miss. Its intelligent scanning system highlights what is safe to remove and categorizes files with confidence ratings, so users can clean their Mac without risking important system data.
The app also includes features such as duplicate detection using hash-based analysis, orphan file cleanup, large file discovery, and system optimization tasks to improve macOS performance. With fast scans and clear insights into hidden storage usage, DeepCleanMac makes it easy to recover gigabytes of wasted space and maintain a healthier Mac system.

AI coding adoption at enterprise scale is hard because the real project is not installing a tool. It is redesigning trust, review, ownership, and delivery discipline around a new source of code generation. That's where platforms like Retool, ToolJet, Appian, etc. shine. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago

There are low code database driven website creation systems out there at the moment e.g. OutSystems and Appian however they have very limited free trials (e.g. auto-disable after a few days of no use), and then the paid options are again too expensive. Although I will note that they seem to be great in terms of their usability and would be perfect for creating a simple interface without too much diving into code. Source: about 4 years ago
