I asked twitter and the personal ADP account reached out for someone to directly contact me via email. She had an adp.com and linked info on LinkedIn, etc. The number on the letter was a 1-800 with sadly no live person to ever speak to which made me go through them on twitter. For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption.
