Try sketchbook.com, the official site. I don't know if it's different from the Microsoft store version, but it might be. There should be a free trial. -

If you are learning Digital Art there are really good Digital programs like Krita + Medibang that are free on PC. I love CSP but with the way they've been going, I don't feel like it's proper to recommend them :C - I have used Krita and Medibang for my job and genuinely, nobody can tell the difference. Ubuntu and Mint are both capable to do image editing, play some games, run discord and ms-teams. Both distros are very easy to use and beginner friendly. But for photoshop you'll have to find an alternative and decide if they will meet your demands. Gimp and Krita are what I'm thinking of.
