    Gotcha, thanks for the clarification. Makes more sense! So, if one was to run a basic linux os on a Pi, and run the bitcoin core/full node from bitcoincore.org on it, then you have a true full node then? I ask this because while I understand these companies such as Umbrel are unnecessary and making money off free software (essentially), and further complicating things by becoming a third party in the process, they still are somewhat useful in that they provide an easy entry point into the network for new users. I use umbrel, but I don't really *like* too. So I ask these question because I would like to be 100% self reliant, I hate third parties especially if I don't need them. But I opted for them so I can host a nextcloud instance on top of the "node" as well on the same Pi. All in all, I'm just guilty of making a sacrifice in the name of convenience I guess haha.
