There are a few of these second sale websites. I like like bookfinder.com as a way to compare prices. The only websites it doesn't seem to include in its search (of the ones I use) are BetterWorldBooks and BookMooch.

When I was in college and buying a lot of used textbooks, I used dealoz.com, which is an aggregator that encompassing lots of different booksellers. Abebooks.com used to pop up on a lot of the searches I was doing.
