How do I block an entire website? (I've searched for two hours now. Help!)

I tried this on youtube.com^$all. Also with $doc and $important. What I am looking for is to keep anybody using this computer from even going directly to certain sites. I don't want strict blocking because they can just click the temp bypass. I did like that important just said the site cannot be reached. Great! Just one small issue. I could add any thing after the youtube.com in the browser (like a search or a video channel and it would go right to it. Is there a way to add something in the important filter to keep them from going directly to example.com/anything?
