I looked at voip.ms as well, and the separate clients & such (a true VOIP solution) is not what I'm looking for.. I want it to "just work." lol.

Gajim

While it's true there are multiple clients that can work, we do have some recommendations. Notably, we test to make sure things are working with Conversations (for Android) before calling something done, and often test with Gajim and Movim as well.
