I'm super happy I found zuplo.com: it's 100% managed, and by default deployed to the edge instead of some specific region. It comes with an Authentication service that allows for anyone to self-serve their API Keys, global rate limiting (🤯) and any custom stuff I can program it with Javascript/TS (no XML shit).
