Zing Data is free for small teams (<10), allows for interactive dataviz (and SQL with typeahead if you want it). You can easily export images (PNGs), or the data tables (CSV). Source: over 2 years ago
Docs are live for Trino + Starburst mobile querying from Zing Data! Query and visualize even large datasets in Starburst Galazy and Trino from mobile (iOS + Android), and the web for free. Source: over 2 years ago
Check out Zing which is free for 10 people and then $5 / month per user after that. It offers gooogle docs like collaboration that Metabase and Superset don’t, has a web app and iOS + Android so works well across devices.getzingdata.com. Source: about 3 years ago
Done: Zing Data - it’s on iOS, Android, Web and you can even create queries on your phone (not just view existing dashes). Source: about 3 years ago
Zing has iOS, Android apps and web support. Cool sharing features for comment threads and mentions within a data question. Easy saving of graphs and CSVs (even from their mobile app). Supports common DB types but not as many as Metabase,. Source: about 3 years ago
None of these ^^ sounded awesome to me, which is why I made Zing - a free app on web, iOS, and Android that lets non-technical folks see shared dashboards, charts, and even ask their own questions by cloning a question in a couple taps so they can slice / dice without bothering you. For now, planning to switch to Zing Data or Metabase as free options that connect to Snowflake w/o a third party connector or fee, but curious if anybody else found good ways to connect GDS to Snowflake. Source: over 3 years ago
Zing Data has commenting / chat threads that appear along with a specific query / graph / data table -- but not for a specific data point. Source: over 3 years ago
- Zing Data - has a free slick mobile app for querying + dataviz. Works really well on mobile, but no web support yet. - Metabase has a good web-base set of querying and dataviz tools with a free variant. Good on web, but no mobile support so sales people still ping the BI team :/. Source: over 3 years ago
Thats why I built Zing Data which is an app for everybody (even if they don't know SQL) to visually query, collaborate with colleagues, share questions with colleagues -- and its free! Source: almost 4 years ago
