  Don't worry about partitioning. Do the one of the following instead - Format the card as BTRFS and add steam as a steam library.   Partition the drive so you can reserve some space as external storage for Windows. Using the extFAT filesystem for the storage partition is a great option since it is well-supported by both Arch and Windows, and it also allows for files larger than 4GB to be stored. Btrfs can also be used, but you'll need to install WinBtrfs on Windows to be able to read it from there. Source: over 3 years ago
