Not w.r.t Fone but the input side of the threaded tweets are being addressed by app(web) like typefully, it splits long post into tweets and it does it well. Reading side of threaded tweets require invoking bots like threaderapp, I'm not sure whether there's enough need for an app which renders threads as a post directly but I'm trying to find it out[2].
