Https://tapiriik.com/ will do it in a platform agnostic way. It doesnโt do Polar directly though so youโd need to set Polar Flow to sync to Strava, and then Tapiriik moves it to Garmin. Still automatic but it adds a hop. Source: about 4 years ago

The public opinion of Tapiriik, a synchronization tool in the health and fitness sector, is generally positive among users, particularly for those involved in multi-platform activity tracking. As an open-source project, Tapiriik provides a cost-effective solution to sync activities across various fitness and sport apps, earning it a place among the likes of SyncMyTracks, RunGap, and Health Sync. Its competitors also aim to provide seamless data synchronization, yet Tapiriik's blend of open-source availability and a streamlined donation-based usage model offers a unique advantage to users.
The primary use case cited in public discussions involves the synchronization of data between popular fitness applications such as Strava, Garmin Connect, and others. Users frequently report success in transferring a range of data, including kilometers run, average speed, heart rate, cadence, power, and temperature, which assists in optimizing their training sessions across multiple platforms. Users appreciate this capability, noting how it can facilitate their fitness journeys and preserve data integrity across platforms.
Posts and comments from various forums and articles reveal that many users recommend Tapiriik for both one-time data transfers and ongoing synchronization needs. Its ability to efficiently manage data between apps like Runkeeper and Strava, or from Garmin to other platforms, is highlighted repeatedly. Moreover, Tapiriik's user-friendly approachโoffering manual synchronization for free and automatic syncing for just $2 per yearโadds to its appeal. This nominal fee model contrasts with more costly alternatives, making Tapiriik an attractive option for budget-conscious users.
Despite its widespread acclaim, some limitations and challenges are noted. Support for platforms such as Nike and Polar Flow remains inconsistent, prompting users to occasionally seek alternative methods or intermediate solutions. The requirement for additional steps, like indirect synchronization through third-party platforms such as Strava, is sometimes necessary. Furthermore, although the tool is praised for its robustness, discussions suggest that development could be bolstered by broader integration with emerging fitness devices and applications, which are not yet supported natively.
In summary, Tapiriik garners a favorable reputation as a reliable and cost-effective synchronization tool for health and fitness enthusiasts needing cross-platform data management. While it holds its ground against competitors by excelling in core functionality and affordability, users also recognize areas for potential expansion and enhancement. Continuing to build upon its existing foundation could ensure Tapiriik's sustained relevance in the dynamic health and fitness software landscape.
