• Can anyone that has Spectrum log into their account?

  I'm trying to sign in to spectrum.net to pay my bill since my AutoPay didn't work but when I sign in, I see Account Summary but it's blank with a circle. Just keeps spinning. Source: 11 months ago

• How do I log into my router?

  You can update your login information (same as spectrum.net info), don't use WPS, and if you notice anything immediately suspicious, it's best to cut everything off until you can figure things out, which usually a simple factory reset would resolve granted nothing has been really screwed up. • Spectrum Gig Plan

  I upgraded to the Spectrum Gig plan via spectrum.net. Once I placed my order I received an email stating I need a new modem to support gigabit speeds. However... I already have a DOCSIS 3.1 modem, the Sercomm ES2251 supplied by Spectrum. I have no idea what is being sent to me, but I am receiving it tomorrow via FedEx.   It appears that Spectrum is suffering a major outage of their web login (access for billing) for the last 24 hours. I and others have not been able to log into the spectrum.net website. I called support and found that they didn't recognize my phone number.   I contacted a spectrum agent online on spectrum.net concerning the video feed sent from spectrumtv.com (spectrum's live tv channel streaming site; watch tv on your phone/computer), but got some non-answers like thinking my modem isn't provisioned enough or the dbmv signals are too low or "The app is more demanding when it comes to upload speed and signal connection.".   Tried logging into Spectrum's website earlier, and got an error 403: Forbidden. Alright, refresh, that's fine. Nothing happens, still the same error (I am using spectrum.net of course).   There are a couple choices for Internet in the area, but as others have indicated, you're most likely going to end up with Spectrum, the local cable TV provider. • Suggestions: Internet just isn’t working.

  First, with the 2 piece solution (Modem and Router) both devices need to be hard reset and restarted together. Make sure the coax connection is secure and there is nothing besides the modem connected to router. Also trace the cable back and make sure its coming out of the wall or the floor and not just disconnected from a splitter. I would also test the modem on another avail cox in the home if possible.   When I look at the iPhone app for Spectrum mobile, there was some verbiage about changing password to spectrum.net app for internet also -synched- and rendered the mobile login password to no work, so the passwords for the acct is synched.   I don't have spectrum. Family does live in area that does. Planning to sign up, which afaik, autopay can be on my Credit Card. Will them logging into their home spectrum.net also have visiblity onto the mobile account attached. Source: almost 3 years ago
