Think ive seen somewhere on the interweebz about chatgpt and this https://simplemind.eu/. Source: 11 months ago
Agreed--it's everything I need, although maybe a cool feature could be a way to draw/sketch, unless they have that and I haven't seen it yet. I like to sketch out mind-maps or creatures or building/neighborhood layouts, and drawing it in-program would be lovely. Otherwise I use the SimpleMind app if I don't draw it by hand. I use SimpleMind: https://simplemind.eu/ It runs fully offline with Google Drive/Dropbox/Nextcloud support. Desktop and native mobile apps are available. No subscription, one-time fee for both desktop and mobile apps. I'm tempted to move on to "infinite canvas" freeform notetaking like Muse, but I don't want to pay a subscription fee. SimpleMind (https://simplemind.eu) is a great mind mapping option without having to pay for an app for the rest of your life. Source: almost 2 years ago

I vote for stickers and shapes! I would love something similar to SimpleMind which is a mind mapping software. I mean the RM2 is built on linux right? Get on that shit someone!! Source: about 2 years ago
Notaphilosopher but I use simplemind and have for years. It does a lot of what you are suggesting. Source: almost 3 years ago
Simplemind is one of my favorites but as you see, the advanced features require an upgrade. I don't know of anything that converts a note into a node. If I want to do that I have to copy the note's contents into a new node. Source: about 3 years ago
The app I used to chart this out. https://simplemind.eu/ I used the iOS app with pro features. There’s TONS of little editing I used to make this. Source: about 3 years ago
