  • Anyone knows what browser this is where you can reduce a browser to it's edges? I thought it was sidekick but apparently not.
SigmaOS. It’s borders colors also matches the website theme, so it looks really cool. Source: 5 months ago
  • Chrome Extensions into Safari
You're better off checking out something like Orion (https://kagi.com/orion/) or SigmaOS (https://sigmaos.com) if you're looking for a Safari like experience. Both of them are built on top of WebKit (same as Safari) but they support Chrome + Firefox extensions. Source: 5 months ago
  • Unreliable Safari
Other alternatives with slightly different UX concepts are Arc & SigmaOS. Tried them both, while they bring interesting things for productivity workflows, just couldn't find the UX comfort of traditional browsers (but they're both great and worth checking them out!). Source: 12 months ago
  • Why do people like Arc web browser?
Funny how no one here is talking about SigmaOS. I'm using it 24/7. What I love about it is, that you can almost control everything with SIMPLE hotkeys. Give it a try. SigmaOS. Source: about 1 year ago

  • We are trying to build the best browser for Mac. Here’s what happened last year đź’Ş
Mahyad, founder @ SigmaOS here. SigmaOS is designed to make you fast and focused when you’re working on the web. We combine the performance of Safari with the extensions of Chrome and the adblocker of Brave. Here’s a quick update for 2022…. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What features does your browser need to make you most productive? 👇
Mahyad, founder @ SigmaOS here. SigmaOS is a browser designed to make you as productive as possible. We have vertical tabs that are fully personalisable and help you avoid constant context switching. In 2022, we also launched new actions such as the ability to snooze tabs, set reminders, and co-browse with your teammates. Read on for a quick recap of the last 12 months! Source: over 1 year ago
  • SigmaOS changed a lot in 2022, what do you want to see in 2023? 🤔
Mahyad, founder @ SigmaOS here. This subreddit has provided amazing feedback on our browser in the past and I’m all ears to hear your thoughts going into 2023. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Recent new browsers trying to reinvent the wheel, wondering if you think ChromeOS will adopt some of their features?
A bunch of new browsers have dropped recently, like Arc and SigmaOS, all basically trying to reinvent the browser experience (albeit not very original) with a single window that brings together all of your PWAs and puts all of your tabs in a vertical sidebar. They also have split screen within that single browser window. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Arc Browser Review (The Verge)
I’ll give them a try but I’ve been invested into SigmaOS for a long time and absolutely love the browser. It’s geared toward professionals and students. It gets the job done for me. I don’t really feel a need to switch at this point. Best part, it isn’t based on Chromium like everything else is and they’re working on compatibility with Chrome extensions. https://sigmaos.com/. • best browser with tab stack features (besides Vivaldi)?
Sigma OS. Took me a bit of time to adjust to it (mostly the keyboard commands) buts it got vertical tabs, tab stacks, tab group, and split screen tabs. It’s mac only and native. They have a good slack channel and are listen to feedback really well. Made it my daily driver a few months ago. Source: almost 2 years ago
