Vivaldi

Firefox is another solid option, though it's user base seem to be slowly shrinking. Vivaldi has great UI customization flexibility & nice to have features. Edge, as with anything Microsoft, if you don't mind too much the whole data mining reality, it's a solid performer but then with that in mind, you also have more options like Opera which performs very well.

SigmaOS

Other alternatives with slightly different UX concepts are Arc & SigmaOS. Tried them both, while they bring interesting things for productivity workflows, just couldn't find the UX comfort of traditional browsers (but they're both great and worth checking them out!).

Orion Browser

Orion is a solid suggestion if you wish to remain in the webkit loop, though keep in mind it's in beta, but even so, it may feel superior than Safari in some aspects, like ad-blocking, extensions compatibility & dev tools. By it's first major release it will run circles around Safari.
