It is not easier to build in anything save screentop.gg which is super simplistic. You can make things quickly on most platforms, but TTS gives you the most robust set of options when it comes to UI/UX . Source: over 1 year ago
Hello all! I've finally created a working prototype of my first ever game on Screentop.gg and would love your help with playtesting. Source: over 1 year ago
You can use TTS in most of the other groups on that list. My favorite options right now are playingcards.io if you can fit it on one screen or screentop.gg . There's also Tabletopia, Table Top Playground, and other options. Source: over 1 year ago
How is screentop.gg? Is it really easy to use? Is it free? Wonder how much work would it take to put up a draft game like sushi go for example. Source: over 1 year ago
Board game? https://screentop.gg/ might do what you need. Source: over 1 year ago
I'm at a stage in my game where I need to branch out with playtesting. I'd like to open myself to the broadest spectrum of opinions possible and find out where the leaks in my mechanics are, and I can only sucker my friends into obliging me so often and even then, there is only a narrow spectrum of opinions on it. I'm the most familiar with Tabletop Simulator and I feel like it's the easiest to use, but after... Source: over 1 year ago
I'm probably late to the party, but screentop.gg is another site I discovered. It seems to be an up-and-comer because I see more stuff added all the time. These are playable in browser like BGA. It's super simple to create games on it. I've been using it for prototyping. Source: over 1 year ago
Break My Game has a discord group for online playtesting. You can playtest on screentop.gg, Tabletop Playground, and Tabletopia. Source: over 1 year ago
Fast digital prototyping like TTS, playingcards.io, screentop.gg are getting pretty quick, too, especially if you want to collaborate online. Source: almost 2 years ago
I am looking into that option at present. It was suggested in another threat to me to look into that or screentop.gg. I'm absolutely interested in figuring out how to do that so more people can give feedback, I just need to learn what I'm doing with either of those programs. (and redesign the cards based on feedback already received today.). Source: about 2 years ago
If it's just cards or other "simple" components, I would suggest screentop.gg or playingcards.io. They fairly easy to use for both the creator and the people playing. They can do most of your standard things, like flipping or rotating cards, shuffling decks, etc. Source: about 2 years ago
Screentop GG - Still need to look into this one a bit more. Source: about 2 years ago
My ultimate goal is to make pages I can quickly upload to screentop.gg as assets for playtesting purposes. I know I can print normally and then crop using Photoshop or similar, but I don't want to have to do that every time I need to change a value. Source: about 2 years ago
Hey man! It is about a hundred cards or so, but they are small... Cutting them all out takes maybe 5-10 minutes? Don't need a color printer. I don't know anything about screentop.gg... I'll give it a look? Sorry, I think I am a little old school!:). Source: about 2 years ago
How easy is screentop.gg to use? Thinking for my small card game it might be much easier. Source: about 2 years ago
My favorite is Break My Game, https://www.breakmygame.com/, though they use (primarily) screentop.gg instead of TTS. Source: over 2 years ago
Paper / virtual testing are the quickest / cheapest. I recommend https://screentop.gg/ for virtual unless you need physics / scripting then I'd suggest Tabletop Playground. Source: over 2 years ago
Let me add boardgamearena.com tabletopia.com and screentop.gg to places where you can play games (online, obviously). Source: over 2 years ago
And if you wanna try playing in a browser for free, you can find my page on screentop.gg here:. Source: over 2 years ago
It was really easy since I had all the assets ready for printing, only had to tweak a few small things to make it digital. I do still plan on adding it to screentop.gg for those who don't wanna purchase TTS. Source: over 2 years ago
If you need a few more features Screentop.gg is also quite good though bit steeper on the learning curve. Source: over 2 years ago
