Where can I host my card game for free play?

Tabletopia Screentop PlayingCards.io
  1. Online sandbox arena for playing board games just like in real life.
If it's a bit more complex, either because of non-standard components, or because of non-standard mechanics, you could take a look at tabletopia.com or tabletop simulator (on Steam). These are more powerful, like being able to handle very unusual game components, but can be more difficult to build on, and are somewhat clunky for those playing.

  2. Digital platform for tabletop gaming, played directly in the browser.
If it's just cards or other "simple" components, I would suggest screentop.gg or playingcards.io. They fairly easy to use for both the creator and the people playing. They can do most of your standard things, like flipping or rotating cards, shuffling decks, etc.
