   A modern URL shortener that doesn't lock everything behind a paywall

   I've used many URL shorteners over the years, and ReSlug stands out because it offers features that are usually reserved for paid plans. The interface is clean, creating short links takes only a few seconds, and the analytics are easy to understand. I also like that it supports custom domains, QR codes, and bio pages without making the free tier feel overly restrictive.

   The platform feels fast, reliable, and focuses on the features that actually matter instead of unnecessary complexity. It's a great option for developers, marketers, creators, and small businesses that need a professional link management solution.

   Great free plan with useful analytics

   I've tried quite a few URL shorteners, and ReSlug has one of the most generous free plans I've seen. Being able to use a custom domain, generate QR codes, and access click analytics without immediately hitting a paywall is a big plus.

   I eventually upgraded to the Pro plan, mainly because I wanted access to a longer analytics history (365 days instead of 30). The core features were already excellent on the free plan, but having long-term data has been valuable for tracking campaigns over time.

   The interface is clean, links are created quickly, and everything has been reliable so far. Overall, it's a solid alternative to the bigger URL shorteners, especially if you want useful features without artificial free-tier limitations.

   The best alternative to pricier competitors

   We switched to ReSlug after trying a couple of the bigger-name competitors and haven't looked back. It covers all the core slug/URL management features we need without the bloat or the high price tag. Setup was quick, the interface is intuitive, and support has been responsive whenever we had questions. If you're evaluating alternatives in this space, ReSlug is well worth putting at the top of your list.
