   Good software for medium size company.

   REALCODERZ has made our HR department much more organized and efficient. The ability to track employee data and performance in one place has been a huge benefit for us. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive.

   Realcoderz is a great HCM/HRIS with outstanding customer support. I highly recommend it.

   Realcoderz is customizable and offers several modules integration to expand upon the core offering. The service of this cloud-based SaaS application is incredible. Realcoderz has a very robust Android and iOS mobile app that offers access to the same functionality as the main web application. The mobile app can mark attendance, apply for expenses, view pay data, clock in/out, approve time cards, request time off, view profile information, and various other items.

   Great LMS Platform for IT skills development!

   The career coach AI in Realcoderz suggested sharpening my MERN Developer skillset. Thus, my manager assigned me this course in our skill builder portal and improved internal and external communication with clients. The course was well organized and available in different formats like PPT, videos, etc. It featured content that helped me a lot.

   The assessment portal in REALCODERZ saves lots of time.

   There are thousands of pre-build question libraries in the assessments portal, and we can also create our question set for an assessment. Hence, this allows us to take a customized assessment test for an opening.

    Super clean UI and smooth in functioning.

    I use this software on the daily basis and found it amazing, when It comes to mark attendance or apply leave, I can do both without sending any email with just one click.
