There's a website called Codeberg that is open source and based in Germany, the site pretty much work as an open source alternative to Github and Gitlab by cooperating the same way as they do with the "Git" program. All of the code that sets the appearance is in the new Style Editor tab, in a way...I wrote it all in that tab, and when finished I saved it as a .css file on my Github account. I then run it through https://raw.githack.com/ to get a URL which I can then @import into my Style Editor.
