Two days ago I enabled SFTP access on port 22 for a friend on a remote location to whom I needed to transfer some files but who likes to use pyLoad, so DSM’s simple file share via web link wasn’t an option. Set up port forwarding in the router, everything worked as expected. The next day I wake up to Thunderbird with an inbox of 39 unread mails about blocked IPs through autoban because of failed login attempts. Source: almost 3 years ago

I like pyLoad more, has a webinterface and can run inside docker on a server. So it can download even when my pc is turned off. Used some greasemonkey browser scripts to get Click'N'Load working. I don't use it anymore though, I completely stopped OCH downloading. Source: about 4 years ago
