I mean if you have the tech resources, it would be worth a shot. You can follow the directions at https://prebid.org/ and at least look through what it would take. Open bidding is great, but having a few high-value bidders in Client-side bidding is a good thing. Source: over 3 years ago

I don't know about Mediavine but I know someone who tried out Adthrive and they're getting 2x RPM compared to their previous prebid stack. Adthrive delivers around $4 RPM whereas their prebid.org stack was around $2. Source: about 4 years ago
