  I've tested all of them and honestly it's a mix that was neat for a little while when I used them. Blitz for pregame, and Porofessor on Overwolf for the loading screen to see if people ward badly, etc. With plays.tv(I'll pass on lowkey and I'm not very fond of overwolf, why did you have to die on me playstv?) to save my game captures when I was playing.   If you have bad map awarness go to youtube and search 10 second interval timer and look at the map every time the chime goes off. If you forget to ward have a sticky not on your screen that says remember to ward or other things that you forget. Also medal.tv is a good way to record games its what plays.tv turned into.   Download the app called lowkey.gg its like the old plays.tv in better. So after the game u can review urself, why u died and so on. Then I would advice you to play in window mode, I personally play on 1600x900 borderless, make sure ur background is completly black, so u dont get disctracked.
