Download the app called lowkey.gg its like the old plays.tv in better. So after the game u can review urself, why u died and so on. Then I would advice you to play in window mode, I personally play on 1600x900 borderless, make sure ur background is completly black, so u dont get disctracked. Then on the top of the screen, u create "sticky notes" its a standard app from microsoft, there u write down all the things u have to be aware of. Thanks to the window mode its easy and compact on one screen.
